A lifelong and fourth generation Washingtonian, Herb ls the CEO and President of Potomac Business Group. He oversees all business development with a primary focus on M&A and financial matters. With over 40 years in business, Herb’s insight and broad experience enable him to provide the highest quality service.
Herb has an extensive and diverse background in accounting, law, real estate, and venture capitalism. He has lectured on the subject and has been the subject of several articles, including one he authored for the Washington Business Journal.
An active community member for many years, Herb has served on numerous boards and regularly volunteers his time and expertise. In addition to treasurer and committee member, he is a trustee of the Association for Corporate Growth Scholarship Fund, founding member of Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) DC Chapter, and mentors youth in the University of Maryland Michael Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship program.
Most notably, Ezrin helped create the famed Zoofari event for the National Zoo, as well as serve as past chair and member of the Budget Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association Tax Committee, and former chairman and member of the Executive Council of the Montgomery County Maryland Bar Association Continuing Education Program.
